The Real Story

I grew up broke. Single mom working multiple jobs just to keep us afloat. No siblings. No safety net. Just me, trying to make sense of a world that felt impossible to navigate.

Anxiety hit early. Then depression. Panic attacks that made me feel like I was dying. I spent years thinking I was broken, that everyone else had some manual for life that I never got.

I'm 25 now, and honestly? I'm still battling some of this stuff. Still learning. Still growing. But here's what I've figured out: the path forward isn't about having it all together—it's about being willing to walk into the most uncomfortable places possible because that's where the real growth happens.

Why The Hero's Blueprint Exists

I created this podcast because I wish it existed when I was 16, 18, 20—lost and looking for answers. I wish someone was having real conversations with successful people about the stuff that actually matters.

Not just "how did you build your business?" but "how did you handle the panic attacks? How did you push through when depression told you to quit? What do you do when everything feels hopeless?"

Every week, I sit down with people who've been where we are—entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, leaders—and I ask them the questions I needed someone to ask when I was younger. The messy questions. The real questions.

What This Is Really About

Look, I coach people now. I speak. I've built a following. But none of that matters if it's not actually helping people feel less alone in their struggles.
